If you want a basic full body massage for relaxation, we recommend you book a 60 min session.
If you want a massage for therapeutic focus on only one area (ex. back/shoulders) we recommend you book a shorter session, like the 30 min. or 45 min. massage.
If you want a fully body massage but also have multiple areas you need therapeutic focus on, we recommend you book a longer session, like the 75 min. or 90 min. massage.

To prepare for your massage, make sure you’ve thoroughly showered and are well groomed. Allow a few hours to pass after your last meal before your appointment. We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing, minimal jewelry and preferably no makeup.
A full body massage typically consists of massage of the head/scalp, neck, back, arms, glutes/hips (over the sheet), legs and feet. You may request to skip areas you don’t want to be massaged like your head, glutes or feet. While most clients remove their jewelry, shirt, pants and socks to allow ease of access for the massage, you are not required to remove everything – you may undress to your level of comfort. You will have privacy while undressing and getting onto the table. Only one area at a time will be uncovered to be massaged, then recovered before moving onto the next area.
When you arrive, we will discuss your goals for your massage, like the areas you experience tension and would like therapeutic focus on, the amount of pressure you want, areas you want to skip over, etc. I will leave the room and give you ample time to undress, get onto the table and covered under the top sheet and blanket. Once I re-enter and start the massage, I will check in with you after about 5-10 minutes to see if the pressure is comfortable or needs to be adjusted. Massage is not supposed to feel painful. Certain areas with tension may feel more tender while being massaged, but you should still feel comfortable overall. Don’t hesitate to speak up about adjusting the massage pressure, room temperature, music volume, request pillows for support, etc. Your massage is your time to feel relaxed and comfortable!
